Birthday Party & Bird Problems!

This past Sunday we had a birthday cookout for Andrew’s parents at our house after church. Their birthdays are within a month of each other, so we had a joint celebration. We had a great time with family and food. Happy Birthday Marsha & David!
Okay, so now to the birds. Well, the weather was beautiful, so most of the birthday festivities were out on our deck. In the 2-3 hours everyone was there, I know at least 3 people were pooped on by a bird. We have never had any problems with anything like this, so I was shocked and felt awful (apologies again to all victims). Well, since Sunday, the problem has worsened; our deck and cars are covered with bird poop. I caught Jack (our dog) sitting under the table outside yesterday and I am convinced that he was dodging the bird droppings. Has anyone had this problem before??? Here is a photo, you can’t tell much, but believe me, it is everywhere.

Anyways, on a cleaner note, here are the fabric swatches for the nursery. Hopefully I will get everything to her this week to begin the project. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

The bird poopy is awful... but funny to think of your dog hiding out under the table to dodge the bullets! The fabric swatches are great! I can't wait to see the finished products.

i love those fabrics! i saw them the other day at b'wood int & thought they were so cute. what color are you doing on the walls? green would be really pretty.
no clue on the poop problem--never had that happen before. sounds a little bit alfred hitchcock-ish to me...
